Max Solutions, Inc., a specialty packaging company launched in 2021, has announced the acquisition of The Ellis Group, Canada’s largest-family owned and operated folding carton company. Founded more than 40 years ago, The Ellis Group currently operates three manufacturing facilities in Ontario.
